A prenatal consultation helps you prepare for feeding before your baby arrives. This visit focuses on education, planning, and addressing concerns ahead of time.

- Preparing for the early postpartum period

- Feeding goals and individualized planning
- Review of medical or feeding-related history

60–90 minutes — $120
Comprehensive lactation support during the postpartum period, focused on addressing feeding challenges and supporting your feeding goals.
Includes:
- Latch and positioning support
- Milk supply concerns
- Nipple or breast discomfort
- Pumping guidance
- Newborn feeding behavior assessment
- Individualized care plan
Additional time may be recommended depending on complexity.
60 minutes — $100
Support for families navigating pumping, milk storage, and maintaining supply when returning to work or school.
Includes:
- Pump selection and flange fitting guidance
- Pumping schedules
- Milk storage education
- Transition planning
- Combination feeding support
30 minutes — $50
60 minutes — $85
Ideal for:
- Follow-up questions
- Pumping concerns
- Feeding plan adjustments
- Families unable to meet in person
Virtual consultations are educational and supportive in nature and may not replace in-person care when hands-on assessment is needed.
30–45 minutes — $75
Shorter visits designed to reassess progress, adjust feeding plans, and provide continued support after an initial consultation.
Travel / Distance Fee
To support in-home or extended-distance visits:
- Within 25 miles: No additional charge
- Beyond 25 miles (up to 50 miles): $25 flat fee

For families who would like additional reassurance between visits, this option provides access to my personal phone number for brief questions and guidance. This can be helpful for quick check-ins, clarification of feeding plans, or time-sensitive concerns that do not require a full consultation.

- Direct access is for brief questions only
- It does not include ongoing texting, extended phone calls, or medical emergencies
- Urgent concerns should be directed to your primary healthcare provider or emergency services
Same-Day Support Fee

- Same-day appointments are requested
- Priority scheduling is needed
